How we use your details

When you register for a GAIN Dialogue Series webinar we collect your name, email, institution, country, how you describe your work, how you heard about us, any question you send the speaker, and your Discord username if you give it or sign in with Discord.

We use this to run the webinar: to send you the link and reminders, to pass your question to the speaker, and to understand who our audience is. If you sign in with Discord we also use your Discord account to add you to the GAIN server and message you about the session. We only send you GAIN news if you ticked that box.

Only GAIN organisers and moderators can see registrations. We don't sell or share them. Questions you send may be read out or shown to the speaker, without your email.

We keep registrations for up to 12 months after the session. To see, change or delete yours, use /dialogue unregister in the GAIN Discord, or ask a moderator there.
